About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of e-commerce clients. You'll onboard new brands, solve problems, and make sure their fulfillment runs smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Own relationships with 15-25 client accounts
- Onboard new clients: gather requirements, set up integrations, coordinate first shipments
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and coordinate with operations
- Identify opportunities for clients to save money or improve their fulfillment
- Collaborate with sales on renewals and expansions
- Document client feedback and advocate for product improvements
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client services
- E-commerce or logistics experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
- Comfortable with technology — you'll use our WMS, Slack, and various e-commerce platforms daily
- Self-motivated and organized
