Account Manager

Paramount, CA / Remote$60-80k/year

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of e-commerce clients. You'll onboard new brands, solve problems, and make sure their fulfillment runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Own relationships with 15-25 client accounts
  • Onboard new clients: gather requirements, set up integrations, coordinate first shipments
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
  • Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and coordinate with operations
  • Identify opportunities for clients to save money or improve their fulfillment
  • Collaborate with sales on renewals and expansions
  • Document client feedback and advocate for product improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client services
  • E-commerce or logistics experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
  • Comfortable with technology — you'll use our WMS, Slack, and various e-commerce platforms daily
  • Self-motivated and organized
