3PLGUYS TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These Terms & Conditions of Service ("Agreement") govern the provision of third-party logistics ("3PL") services by 3PLGUYS LLC ("3PLGUYS," "we," "us" or "our") to the customer identified on the accompanying Service Order ("Client," "you" or "your"). By executing a Service Order or otherwise requesting services from 3PLGUYS, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
