About the Role
We're looking for an Inventory Manager to own inventory accuracy across our warehouse. You'll manage cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure our clients' products are always accounted for.
What You'll Do
- Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy across all client SKUs
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Manage bin locations and warehouse organization
- Coordinate with Account Managers on inventory issues
- Generate inventory reports for clients and leadership
- Develop and improve inventory control processes
- Train warehouse staff on proper receiving and put-away procedures
- Oversee annual physical inventory counts
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- Experience with WMS systems (ShipHero, ShipBob, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy
- Leadership experience is a plus
