Sales Development Rep

Remote$50-65k base + commission

About the Role

We're looking for a hungry Sales Development Rep to fuel our growth. You'll identify and reach out to e-commerce brands that could benefit from our fulfillment services, qualify leads, and book meetings for our Account Executives.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify target accounts (Shopify sellers, Amazon brands, D2C companies)
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Qualify inbound leads from our website and marketing campaigns
  • Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Hit monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign ideas and messaging

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years in sales, SDR, or business development (preferably B2B SaaS or logistics)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach
  • Excellent written communication — you'll craft personalized emails daily
  • Resilient and self-motivated
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with e-commerce is a plus

Compensation

  • Base salary: $50-65k depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission on meetings booked
  • OTE: $75-90k
