About the Role
We're looking for a hungry Sales Development Rep to fuel our growth. You'll identify and reach out to e-commerce brands that could benefit from our fulfillment services, qualify leads, and book meetings for our Account Executives.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify target accounts (Shopify sellers, Amazon brands, D2C companies)
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
- Qualify inbound leads from our website and marketing campaigns
- Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Hit monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign ideas and messaging
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years in sales, SDR, or business development (preferably B2B SaaS or logistics)
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Excellent written communication — you'll craft personalized emails daily
- Resilient and self-motivated
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Familiarity with e-commerce is a plus
Compensation
- Base salary: $50-65k depending on experience
- Uncapped commission on meetings booked
- OTE: $75-90k
